At this time, all credit balances expire 90 days from the date of issue (if unused).
We realize this may be inconvenient for some of our customers, but we must have a threshold date set in order to abide by our own terms of service.
a) We do not store any customer's personal information indefinitely. There is simply no need to.
b) In order to preserve productivity on our server, we must purge inactive customer logins periodically to free up space for future customers.
If a large portion of our customers wanted to redeem their existing credits (for example) 5 years from the date of their purchase, we would end up with a lot of redundant data on our system over the years, that could eventually bring our server
to a crawl.
