Pre-orders are offered for items that are available to us, but which we don't have in stock at any of our warehouses. (Or items that we currently await to stock, such as pre-release items)
It takes an average of 2 weeks (or less) to stock pre-ordered items.
Once you purchase a pre-order, you pay for the item in full - it will be shipped to you immediately once we restock it (and you will be notified).
Pre-ordering items with your current order is an excellent way to save on shipping! Our shipping rates are tiered to calculate per purchase total - often times, bulk orders receive shipping discounts. Purchasing each item singularly would end up being more expensive due to our discounted shipping rates for multiple-item orders.
Should we run into an instance where the item became discontinued while we are attempting to restock your item, you'd receive a full reimbursement (if you opted for no alternates).
