In stock items are generally processed immediately and shipped shortly thereafter.
Stock values can change day by day; while we do our best to keep as much stocked as possible, we can sometimes run out of things.
If we encounter an out of stock item on your purchase, your order will remain in processing for 5 to 8 days while we attempt to restock the item(s). We do not keep ANY order in our processing
queue for more than 1 business week. If we are unable to restock the item(s), we simply cancel that product and refund the difference and ship what's in stock.
If you do not wish to wait for restocking, please mention so in your order comments during checkout and we will cancel any unavailable product and ship what's in stock.

Please note that most parcels do reach their destinations in only a fraction of this time. Whereas we are unable to hand deliver to most parts of the world,
we are reliant on the postal service to complete delivery. Parcels that are not shipped via guaranteed services (such as Expedited, UPS or FedEx) are subject to delays.
Some factors that may affect speed of delivery:
- Weather (Events that cancel commercial flights, such as snow or treachorous rain, will also cancel mail planes from leaving the country)
- Rural or city location (Customers located in or closely to cities tend to receive mail faster than those in rural areas, as they are closer to major sorting facilities
- Proximity to major sorting facilities (located mostly in downtown, busy areas)
- Time of year (items purchased during the bussling Christmas shopping season are destined for delays)
We do not impose any "import tax" or brokerage fees on your shipment.
