Logging In
When you login to your order history, make sure you type your email address correctly. If there's one mistake, our server won't be able to tell who you are, and will let you know it can't find your record.
You must also use the email that was entered during checkout.
Positive your email address is valid?
• www. is not a valid email address. If you have it, remove the "www." and your email address will be accepted.
• All addresses must contain the following format: youruserid@yourisp.com
(Country codes such as .de, .fi, etc. are also accepted)
• Mails containing non-formal characters (such as punctuation, aside from dots) will not be accepted.
Blocked Mail ISPs
At this time, the only providers we block sending mail to are:
• networld.com
• sbcglobal.net
• crcs.k12.ny.us
• travisusd.k12.ca.us
If you are a subscriber of these ISPs, we recommend the following free providers as an alternative:
hotmail.com
yahoo.com
Mail providers that incorrectly mark our messages as spam and choose not to cooperate (do not respond to our inquiries or request payment for whitelisting) offer us no alternative but to prevent our customers from using those addresses.
Please understand this is not to inconvenience you.
Allowing purchases under these addresses almost always ends in confusion and/or miscommunication.
