the catacombs is an independently-run mailorder service that launched in Ontario, Canada in 2001. Since our
inception we have grown from having a mere hundred or so items; to virtually thousands; serving customers all over
the world.

We deal directly with manufacturers that are authorized by the bands and their management to produce their goods. We do not work for affiliates or dropshippers.
We don't order from this guy, who orders from that guy; who THEN orders from the bands' manufacturer! When you order
from us, you're getting products directly from the source.
We are not a faceless corporation; we're 110% hands-on involved in everything we do - we don't outsource! Our website, support, etc. are done entirely
in-house.

We are not the "fastest" mailorder out there; and we don't strive to be. We find the more pressure placed on personnel, the more mistakes are made.
We have a very stress-free environment that enables our workers to enjoy processing your transactions. Of course, as we're all human mistakes do happen from time to time.
